Retourbeleid (Refund Policy)

1. Bedenktijd (Cooling-off Period)

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen.

2. Terugbetaling (Refunds)

Wij zullen het volledige orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten, mits het product in goede staat is ontvangen.

3. Retourkosten (Return Shipping)

Let op: De kosten voor de retourzending van u thuis naar onze webwinkel zijn voor uw eigen rekening. Wij raden aan om met een Track & Trace code te verzenden, aangezien wij niet verantwoordelijk zijn voor zoekgeraakte zendingen.

4. Uitzonderingen: Maatwerk (Custom-made Items)

Producten die speciaal voor u zijn vervaardigd of aangepast (maatwerk) vallen buiten het herroepingsrecht en kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.

5. Handgemaakt Karakter (Handmade Disclaimer)

Onze producten worden met de hand gemaakt door ambachtslieden in India. Kleine variaties in kleur, patroon en textuur zijn geen gebreken, maar getuigen van het authentieke, handgemaakte karakter van het item.

6. Staat van het product (Condition)

Het product mag alleen worden uitgepakt en bekeken zoals u dat in een fysieke winkel zou doen. Indien het product gedragen, gewassen of beschadigd is, kan er sprake zijn van waardevermindering die wij bij u in rekening brengen.

[The product may only be unpacked and viewed as you would in a physical store. If the product is worn, washed, or damaged, a reduction in value may be charged to you.]

Care Guide

• Washing: Hand wash only in cool or lukewarm water. Use a mild, eco-friendly detergent.
• Bleaching: Do not bleach. Harsh chemicals will strip the natural, artisanal dyes.
• Drying: Line dry in the shade. Keep out of direct sunlight while wet to preserve the colors.
• Drying Machine: Do not tumble dry. High heat will shrink the cotton and warp the internal padding.
• Ironing: Do not iron. To remove creases without flattening the quilted texture, use a light, low-heat garment steamer instead.

Good to Know: Because these are entirely handmade, slight variations in the print and alignment are part of its unique charm, not a flaw. Enjoy your one-of-a-kind piece!
